Account registration and eligibility

Only individuals of legal gambling age within their jurisdiction — and at minimum eighteen years old — may open an account at iWild Casino. Each player is entitled to one personal account. The use of false credentials, proxy services to mask geographic location, or attempts to register on behalf of another person constitute material breaches that may lead to forfeiture of funds.

We reserve the right to request supplementary documentation at any point throughout the customer lifecycle. This may include government-issued identification, address verification, and source of funds declarations.

Deposits, withdrawals, and account balances

Deposits are credited instantly once payment confirmation reaches our system. Withdrawals undergo a routine compliance check, typically completed within twenty-four to seventy-two hours depending on the method chosen.

Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing fees, where applicable, are displayed transparently in the cashier interface before a request is finalised. Currency conversion rates follow daily quotes provided by our banking partners.

Balances classified as dormant after twelve consecutive months without activity may be subject to administration fees in line with industry standards. Notice of any such deduction is communicated by email before being applied.

Bonus offers and promotional play

Bonus abuse — for instance running multiple accounts, syndicated play, or low-risk strategies on roulette during a wagering cycle — leads to forfeiture of the promotional balance and associated winnings.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional credit expires thirty days after activation. Unused funds and incomplete wagering balances are removed from the account once the validity window closes.

Fair play and dispute resolution

All games on iWild Casino are powered by certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Round outcomes are final and cannot be reversed once a wager is settled, except in the case of demonstrable software malfunction.

If you believe a result was incorrectly recorded, contact support within thirty days of the round. Should our internal review not satisfy you, the matter may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board for binding adjudication.

Termination and amendments

Either party may close the account at any time and for any reason. Outstanding funds, where the source has been verified, will be returned to the original payment method subject to standard checks.

iWild Casino may modify these terms to reflect regulatory updates, product evolution, or operational requirements. Material changes are announced at least fourteen days in advance through email and on-platform notifications.
